Cancellations between 12hrs-24 hrs before the requested date will result in a $3 cancellation fee.

Cancellations with 12 hrs or less of notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the rental.

Failure to return rented items or be available during the scheduled pickup window will result in a $10 late fee.
